By implementing a fixed delivery day, we can optimize our logistics processes, which will result in even more reliable and predictable service. This enables you to manage your own planning and inventory control more efficiently.

By centralizing deliveries on a fixed day, we can plan more efficiently and significantly reduce our CO2 emissions. Fewer trips mean a smaller ecological footprint. This approach also helps us further our efforts to achieve ESG goals.

The current increase in transport costs has a significant impact on our operations. By working more efficiently, we can better manage these costs, which ultimately benefits you as well.

Use the reserve day for public holidays

We understand that there may be exceptional situations where the fixed delivery day is not feasible, such as public holidays or unforeseen closures. In such cases, you can select a backup delivery day through our webshop, once you’ve provided a brief note explaining the reason.

Starting from August 19, you can also find this information in your account on our webshop under the section “Company Information,” labeled as [delivery day code]. Here’s how it works.

The code LV 5-4 V-D stands for delivery day 5 (Friday) – reserve day 4 (Thursday).
